Product information

All products are described in detail on the relevant products page. We therefore ask that you to carefully check the information. It is our intention to provide the best images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and image details are the same as the product purchased. Minor differences may occur as a result of the Internet browser and individual monitor settings or due to the photographic techniques used when shooting.

Prices

The prices displayed on the site, payments and receipts for orders are expressed in Euro (€) and include the VAT applied to the pertinent merchandise category.

Definitions

a) “Site” is the web site www.ducadisangiusto.it, e-commerce of knitwear products.
b) “Customer” is the subject (individual or entity) who makes the purchase and accepts the terms of sale.
c) “Order” is the form that the Customer fills out to request the goods for sale through the Site.
d) “Products” are the items for sale on the Site, guaranteed by the terms of sale.
e) “Price” is the consideration to be paid to purchase the goods.
f) “Agreement” is the distance agreement which has as its object the sale of products.

1) TERMS OF SALE

1.1. All Products are on sale on the basis of the terms and conditions indicated B8in the contract and published on the Site at the time of purchase. By ordering the products, the Customer undertakes to accept without reservation these conditions of sale, which will remain unchanged and adequate until they are modified and/or integrated by BFC S.r.l.

Any changes or variations will be published on the site and will apply to sales made starting from an expressed date.

1.2. The contract is concluded and binding for the parties when the order confirmation is sent to the customer’s e-mail address, indicated by the same at the time of purchase.

1.3. Prices and Products are subject to change without prior notice.

2) DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

2.1. The shipment of products is available worldwide and takes place after payment approval.

2.2. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery. The checkout page will display the actual amount based on the address and ZIP code entered. For non-EU countries where current legislation provides for import charges, such as customs duties and related taxes, the latter will be charged to the Customer. All additional costs due to delivery complications related to these cases will be charged to the Customer.

Unless otherwise specified in the Order, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as indicated below:

3) CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The Customer declares and guarantees that:

a) he/she is a consumer in accordance with Article 3 of the Consumer Code;
b) he/she is at least 18 years of age;
c) the information entered on the site is correct and truthful.

3.2. The Customer will pay the price of the products purchased and will keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by BFC S.r.l. to the e-mail address provided at the time of the order.

4) PAYMENT

4.1. The amount must be paid at the time of the order by credit card or later by advance bank transfer (the order will be confirmed when the funds are received at our bank). Accepted cards are CartaSi, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay. The use of a credit card or pre-paid cards for online purchases is a practical and secure method. The credit card payment method will be managed by PayPal or Nexi, therefore BFC S.r.l. will never come into possession of credit card information or personal data.

5) FORCE MAJEUR

5.1. The parties will not be responsible for the delay in the fulfilment of their obligations, under the contract, if this delay is due to unforeseen circumstances. The party that is delayed beyond its control will be entitled to an extension of the terms necessary to fulfil these obligations.

6) COPYRIGHT TRADEMARKS AND IMAGES

6.1. Trademarks and logos used on the site are property of BFC S.r.l.

6.2. Distribution by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

6.3. The contents of the site (texts, graphics and images) are protected by copyright

7) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1. The sale of products via the Internet are governed by Article 50e et seq. and 64e et seq. of Italian Decree Law 206/2005 providing for the withdrawal from the contract, so as to guarantee the consumer the right to return the purchased product and to obtain full reimbursement of the costs incurred, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.

7.2. The Customer may exercise this right by sending a communication via his/her account or by e-mail, indicating the order number shown in the order confirmation received.

7.3. The Customer will not have the right to withdraw, pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code, in the following cases:

a) supply of tailor-made or customized products;
b) in the absence of original packaging;
c) in the absence of original elements of the product (labels, tags);
d) for damage or wear caused by the Customer.

8) RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

8.1. To return the products, the Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product, by contacting customer service or requesting it through his/her account.

8.2. The conditions regarding return shipping costs vary according to the location of the Customer and the amount spent. In Italy, returns are free of charge for all orders.

8.3. The products must be returned in their original packaging (not worn, damaged or soiled by the Customer), so that they can be put on sale again. The risks associated with returning the products are borne by the Customer.

8.4 Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the goods at the address provided to the Customer, by credit card or bank transfer. The refund includes the purchase price of the products ordered.

9) PRIVACY

9.1. The data provided by the Customer, necessary for the execution of the order, is handled in accordance with the G.D.P.R. decree law. For further information, please refer to the paragraph titled “Privacy”.
