In this section you can read the terms and conditions that illustrate the sales contract for the products offered on the site. Product Information
All products are described in detail on the relevant product page, so we invite you to carefully check the information. It is our intention to provide the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the colors and details of the images are the same as the purchased product. Minor differences are possible, due to the Internet browser and monitor used or due to photographic techniques used at the time of the shots.
Prices
Prices on the site, payments and order receipts are expressed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in force for the relevant product category. Shipping costs are not indicated, as they are free within Italian territory, for EU countries they vary depending on the delivery country and will not be calculable in advance in the case of non-EU countries or countries where current regulations provide for import charges, such as customs duties and related taxes.
Contract Definitions
a) “Site” is the website www.ducadisangiusto.com, an e-commerce for knitwear products.
b) “Customer” is the person (natural or legal) who makes the purchase and accepts the terms of sale.
c) “Order” is the form that the Customer fills out to request goods for sale through the Site.
d) “Products” are the items for sale on the Site, guaranteed by the terms of sale.
e) “Price” is the amount to be paid to purchase the goods.
f) “Contract” is the distance agreement concerning the sale of products.
1) Terms of Sale
1.1. All Products are sold on the basis of the terms and conditions indicated here in the contract and published on the Site at the time of purchase. By ordering the products you agree to accept without reservation these terms of sale which will remain unchanged and adequate until they are modified and/or supplemented by BFC s.r.l.
Any changes or variations will be published on the site and will apply to sales made from the specified date.
1.2. The contract is considered concluded and binding for the parties when order confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address, indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
1.3. Prices and Products may be subject to changes without any need for prior notice.
2) Delivery Times and Methods
2.1. Product shipping is available worldwide and takes place after payment approval.
2.2. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country. The checkout page will show any actual shipping charges considering the address and postal code entered. For non-EU countries where current regulations provide for import charges, such as customs duties and related taxes, these will be borne by the customer. All additional costs due to delivery complications related to these cases will be charged to the Customer.
Unless otherwise specified in the Order, shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as indicated below:

2.3. Shipping of products to the address provided by the customer in the order will be carried out by courier. Any information required for delivery must be filled in accurately. BFC s.r.l. is not responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate addresses or phone numbers. All additional costs due to delivery complications will be charged to the Customer in these cases.
2.4. From the moment the goods leave our warehouses, ownership and risk relating to the transport of the products are transferred to the customer.
2.5. If part or all of the product order is no longer available for delivery, BFC s.r.l. will proceed with a partial delivery (informing the customer) and will refund the Customer for part of the money spent.
3) Customer Obligations
3.1. The Customer declares and guarantees:
a) to be a consumer as provided for in art.3 of the Consumer Code;
b) to be of legal age;
c) that the data entered on the site are correct and truthful.
3.2. The Customer will pay the price of the purchased products and keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by BFC s.r.l. to the email address indicated at the time of the order.
4) Payment
4.1. The price amount must be paid at the time of the order by credit card or subsequently by advance bank transfer (the order will be confirmed when funds are received at our bank). Accepted cards are CartaSi, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay. Using credit cards or prepaid cards for online purchases is a practical and safe method. The credit card payment method will be managed by PayPal, therefore BFC s.r.l. will never come into possession of information concerning the credit card and personal data.
5) Force Majeure
5.1. The parties cannot be held responsible for delays in fulfilling their obligations, pursuant to the contract, if such delay is due to force majeure circumstances. The party delayed beyond its control will be entitled to an extension of the terms necessary to fulfill such obligations.
6) Copyright Trademarks and Images
6.1. Trademarks and logos on the site belong to BFC s.r.l.
6.2. Distribution by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
6.3. The contents of the site (texts, graphics and images) are protected by copyright.
7) Right of Withdrawal
7.1. Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 50 et seq. and 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 providing for withdrawal from the contract, thus guaranteeing the consumer the right to return the purchased product and obtain a full refund of the expense incurred, within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
7.2. The Customer may exercise this right by sending a communication through their account or by email, indicating the order number shown in the order confirmation received.
7.3. The Customer will not be entitled to withdrawal, pursuant to article 55 of the Consumer Code, in the following cases:
a) supply of custom-made or personalized products;
b) in the absence of the original packaging;
c) in the absence of original elements of the product (labels, tags);
d) for damage or wear caused by the Customer.
8) Product Returns
8.1. To return products, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from product delivery, by contacting customer service or requesting it through their account.
8.2. Return shipping cost conditions vary based on the Customer’s location and the amount spent. In Italy, returns are free for all orders.
8.3. Products must be returned in their original packaging (not worn, damaged or soiled by the Customer), so they can be put back on sale. The risks associated with returning products are borne by the Customer.
8.4. Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods at the address provided to the Customer, by credit card or bank transfer. The refund includes the purchase price of the ordered products and the shipping costs incurred at the time of the order.
