Returns and refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on ducadisangiusto.com. If something is not right, you have the option to return the purchased products and obtain a refund, in compliance with the conditions indicated on this page.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal and request the return of one or more purchased items. In case of return in compliance with the conditions indicated below, you will be refunded the full amount of the returned products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you can:
- send a request through your account on the site, or
- write an email to info@ducadisangiusto.it, indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.
When returns are not accepted
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Personalized or custom-made products for the customer;
- absence of original packaging (box, bag, packaging, etc.);
- lack of original product elements (labels, tags, seals);
- damaged, worn or obviously used products by the customer.
In all these cases it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
Conditions of items to be returned
Products must be returned:
- in the original packaging;
- not worn, not damaged, not soiled and not washed;
- with original labels and tags still attached;
- suitable for resale.
We invite you to try on the items carefully, avoiding removing labels and damaging the yarns.
Return shipping costs
Return conditions may vary based on your location:
- Italy: returns are free for all orders.
- Other Countries: return shipping costs may vary depending on the country and the courier.
Details will be communicated by our customer service at the time of request.
Until delivery to our address, the responsibility for return shipping remains with the Customer.
Refund methods and timing
Once the returned products are received and compliance with the above conditions is verified,
we will proceed with the refund within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit / prepaid card: refund to the same card used;
- Bank transfer: refund to the account indicated by the customer.
The refund includes the price of the purchased products and the shipping costs incurred at the time of order.
