Note: For non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, and additional clearance-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

During checkout, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on:

• Delivery country
• Postal code
• Free shipping threshold, if applicable

• Shipments are made via express courier to the address provided in your order.
• Please ensure that the address and contact details entered are correct: any additional costs due to errors (incorrect address, unavailable recipient, wrong phone number) will be charged to the customer.
• Once the package leaves our warehouses, ownership and transport risk pass to the customer.

In the rare event that one or more items are unavailable:

• We will proceed with a partial shipment (where possible)
• We will notify you by email
• We will issue a refund for the missing items

For orders shipped to non-EU countries:

• Duties, taxes, and import costs are not included in the final price
• The courier may require payment of duties before delivery
• Any delays caused by customs are beyond our control
